Registration & Accommodation

Registration Details

• Value Added Tax (VAT) of 20% will be added to the specified registration fees. All participants and company representatives must register, and the registration fees mentioned above include participation in scientific sessions and a conference bag.
• The registration will be confirmed only upon payment; the registration fee must be deposited into the conference account, and a proof of payment must be sent to the conference organization secretariat via email.c
• To benefit from the early bird registration fees, the registration fee must be deposited into the conference account before June 15, 2024, and the proof of payment must be sent to the conference organization secretariat via email.
• Participants who have not made a hotel reservation for the conference with Global Tourism must pay the external participation fee, either daily or for the full 4 days, in addition to the registration fees listed in the table above.

Accommodation Details

• Accommodation fees will be subject to 10% VAT and a 2% city tax.
• The room rates mentioned above are for a 4-night stay from November 20, 2024, to November 24, 2024, on an "All-Inclusive" basis.
• Accommodation reservations will be confirmed upon full payment of the accommodation fees. Please share your payment receipt with the conference secretariat to confirm your reservation.
• The external participation fee includes the entrance and usage fee for the conference venue, the opening cocktail, and the gala evening (from 09:00 to 00:00).

Cancellation Policy

All refunds will be granted only if written notification is sent to Global Tourism.

For registration and accommodation fees:

• Refunds of 50% will be provided for cancellations notified by June 15, 2024.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after June 15, 2024.

All refunds will be processed one month after the end of the conference.
