Participation Certificate
All registered participants will receive a participation certificate.
Invitation Letter
An invitation letter will be sent to all registered participants upon request. This letter is intended to assist participants in obtaining permission from their institutions.
Name Badge
All participants, companions, and company representatives can obtain their name badges from the registration desk. It is mandatory to wear name badges during all scientific and social activities of the congress.
Accreditation
An application will be made to the Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education (CME) for the accreditation of the congress.
Airport Transfer
Transfers between the airport and the hotel will be organized for participants who provide their flight ticket information to the Congress Organization Secretariat. For transfer arrangements and fee information, please contact the Organization Secretariat at [email protected].
Exhibition Areas
A large area has been designated for companies to exhibit their products in the fields of pharmaceuticals, medical supplies, devices, and books during the congress. Entrance to the exhibition areas requires congress registration.
